We Covered “Young Blood” by The Naked and Famous in a Treehouse
September 20th, 2014
Last Monday we asked our friends on Facebook where they would like to see us play an acoustic cover song and promised to deliver a video. The choices were a hot tub, treehouse, or trampoline. We were fairly sure the inter-web would vote us into our speedos/bikini and make us awkwardly play our instruments over the gurgling steam of a hot tub, but to our surprise (relief), you voted us to perform a cover song in a TREEHOUSE!
We were honoured to play at this years Keloha Festival in Kelowna, BC and The Naked and Famous headlined the show. We got to take in their epic show from the side stage and they ended the night with their anthem “Young Blood”. So we decided to cover this great song for you in a tree fort in Fernie, BC. Thanks Nick Nault for shooting this video for us at the drop of hat and thanks Mac and Fynn for letting us take over your epic clubhouse in the trees.

Peak Performance Project
June 17th, 2014
We are stoked and honoured to be selected into the top 12 of the Peak Performance Project. It’s taken a few days for the news to fully sink in, and we’re pumped about the journey ahead. Can’t wait to meet and collaborate with the other incredible artists and gain a ton of knowledge on how to spread Stoke-Folk across the nation, as well as play a few awesome shows in Van City. Thanks to 102.7 The Peak Vancouver and Music BC for this incredible opportunity. It all kicks off at Khatsalano on Saturday July 12th. See you then Vancouverites!
